Juelz does have a point. And while I wouldn’t call the rest of his discography soft by any means, ‘Akimbo’ takes it to a whole new level. The song triumphs curb-stomping 808s, chopped-up hip-hop samples, and banging gunshots to top it all off. But throughout the track, you can still hear a bit of signature sparkling synths, making the record cohesive with his more melodic songs.
