LeBron James Has High Praise For Steph Curry

They may be rivals but LeBron James has a ton of respect for Steph Curry.

Steph Curry will most likely go down as the greatest shooter in the history of the NBA. If you’re an avid basketball fan, this statement shouldn’t be much of a revelation to you. Curry can tee it up from anywhere on the court and his talents have propelled the Golden State Warriors to three championships over the last five seasons.

All three of those titles were against LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers, which makes his triumphs that much more interesting. While LeBron and Steph have an intense rivalry, there is some very obvious respect between the two. For instance, an account on Instagram recently asked whether or not Curry would be good in another era. LeBron immediately replied, noting that Curry would be “GREAT” regardless of the timeline you put him in.

When you think about how Curry revolutionized the game of basketball, you can’t help but agree with what LeBron is saying here. Curry has always been a dominant force and is almost impossible to defend. Even the rougher teams of the 80s and 90s would have a hard time contending with what Curry is able to do night in and night out.

Unfortunately, we’ll simply never know whether or not LeBron’s hypothesis is truly correct.
