Dana White & Jon Jones Continue To Trade Shots Over Contract Dispute

Dana White and Jon Jones seem to be embroiled in a massive disagreement.

Jon Jones is one of the best UFC fighters to ever live although his issues with drugs and PEDs have gotten him into trouble in the past. Most recently, Jones has been beefing with UFC president Dana White over a potential fight with Francis Ngannou. Jones wants more money but White won’t give it to him. In fact, White said Jones wants $30 million per fight which is something Jones labeled as BS.

Last night after UFC Fight Night, White spoke on the Jones drama and had some strong words of the UFC superstar. Of course, Jones quickly clapped back in the early hours of the morning.

“He can do whatever he wants,” White said. “He wants to sit out, fight, he can do whatever. He can say whatever he wants publicly. It’s his God-given right in America. He can say whatever he wants. When he’s ready to come back, he can. In one of his tweets, he said I tarnished his name. I tarnished you? You’ve done a very good job of tarnishing you.”

Jones is someone the UFC doesn’t want to lose right now so we’re sure they will patch things up sooner rather than later. Not to mention, this comes across as a great promo for a future bout.
